Yes — all plans come with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You get full access to the plan features during your trial. At the end, you can subscribe or downgrade to a free tier with limited usage.
We'll notify you at 80% and 95% of your monthly limit. If you hit 100%, workflows will pause until the next billing cycle or you upgrade. We never charge overage fees without your consent — you'll always be asked first.
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We're SOC 2 Type II certified, GDPR and HIPAA compliant. By default, data is stored in EU-West (Amsterdam). Enterprise customers can choose their data residency region including US, EU, or APAC.
